1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 pkg (3.5 oz each) pepperoni

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 10-inch oven safe skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add sausage to pan and cook until crumbled and brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir in pepper, onion, and mushrooms and cook until softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle olives over meat and vegetables. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle with cheeses and pepperoni.
Bake 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve your crustless supreme pizza!
