1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles, plus more for decorating
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-inch or larger pizza pan with baking spray.
Beat cake mix, butter, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended, about 2 minutes. Stir in sprinkles and white baking chips.
Spread batter in an even layer on pizza pan with a spatula. Bake 14 to 18 minutes until golden brown and middle is set. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
Stir a few drops of desired food coloring into frosting. Decorate birthday cookie cake with frosting and sprinkles.
