1 pkg (18.3 oz each) Duncan Hines® Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water
1 cup Duncan Hines® Creamy Chocolate Frosting
1-1/2 cups mixed chocolate candy (about 15 fun-size pkgs)
1 cup assorted gummy candy and candy corn

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray bottom of 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Stir together brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in large bowl until blended, about 50 strokes.
Pour into pan and bake 24 to 27 minutes. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1-inch from edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
Frost top of brownies with frosting. Press leftover Halloween candy into frosting. Make them spooky with candy eyes, spiders and candy corn.
