PAM® Expeller Pressed Avocado Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 pound boneless beef top sirloin or flat iron steak
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1 pkg (8 oz each) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1/4 cup Vlasic® Deli Style Jalapeno Pepper Slices or Sliced Banana Peppers, optional

Preheat oven to 425°F. Microwave riced cauliflower according to package directions.
Spray large oven-safe skillet with avocado oil spray. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook steak in skillet until browned on each side, 4 to 5 minutes, until steak is about medium-rare (135°F). Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
Return skillet to stove top and reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in skillet. Pour in onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic and cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in riced cauliflower and Worcestershire sauce, remove from heat.
Slice steak thinly against the grain and add to skillet. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes. Garnish low carb Philly cheesesteak with pickled jalapenos or banana peppers, if desired and serve.
