1-1/2 pounds lean boneless pork loin, sliced into very thin strips
1/4 cup Log Cabin® Original Syrup
2 tablespoons La Choy® Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger ( or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger)
6 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, such as sweet onions, bell peppers, zucchini, snow peas, snap peas and/or carrots
2 green onions, sliced or 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Combine pork with syrup, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic and ginger in large bowl.
Meanwhile heat remaining olive oil over medium heat in large nonstick skillet and cook vegetables, stirring frequently, until crisp-tender. Remove from pan and place on serving platter.
In same skillet over high heat, in small batches, cook pork, stirring frequently, 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining pork. (Crowding the pan will steam the pork and it will not brown.) During last batch, add any liquid to pan and cook with pork.
Serve pork over vegetables and sprinkle with green onions or cilantro.
Serve with hot cooked Basmati or Jasmine rice.
