1 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 matzos
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup Vlasic® Mild Yellow Banana Pepper Rings
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pour tomato sauce in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, until thickened and reduced by about half.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and garlic to skillet and sauté until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Place matzos on baking sheets. Top with tomato sauce, vegetables, olives, banana peppers and mozzarella. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Garnish with basil, slice and serve.
