CRUST:
2 cups Glutino® Pretzel Sticks
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
FILLING:
1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
1 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
fresh berries, for garnish

Place crust ingredients in food processor and pulse to a fine crumb. Divide crust evenly into eight 4-ounce mason jars (about 2 tablespoons each) and press until firm.
Pour heavy cream and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until thick and holds soft peaks.
Place cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, lemon zest and vanilla in another medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth, 2 minutes. Fold in about 3/4ths of the whipped cream. Divide filling evenly into mason jars. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with remaining whipped cream and garnish with fresh berries.
