4 fluid oz peach brandy or schnapps
2 fluid oz peach puree
2 fluid oz Reddi-wip® Barista Series Nitro Creamer
Peach slices for garnish, optional

Put two martini glasses in the freezer while making the drinks.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the peach brandy or schnapps, peach puree and Reddi Wip Nitro Creamer. Cover and shake vigorously until extremely cold, about 1 minute.
Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and garnish with peach slices.
You can make your own peach puree by blending 1 cup peeled peach slices, fresh or frozen, with 2 teaspoons sugar and about 1 tablespoon water until smooth.
