3 tablespoons white sesame seeds
2 ahi tuna steaks, 3/4-inch thick
1/4 cup tamari
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bag (11 oz each) Birds Eye® Sesame Broccoli Skillet Side

Pour black and white sesame seeds onto shallow plate and toss to mix. Brush all sides of tuna steaks with tamari and season with salt and pepper. Coat both sides of ahi tuna steaks with sesame seeds, pressing to adhere and shake off any excess.
Heat vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When oil shimmers, carefully add the ahi tuna steaks to pan and sear on the first side for 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully flip tuna steaks and continue searing for another 1 to 2 minutes for rare. Remove from heat.
Prepare broccoli according to package directions. Serve sesame crusted ahi tuna steaks with broccoli.
