1 pkg (15 oz each) Gardein® Ultimate Plant-Based Chick'n Filets
3 hamburger buns
3 tablespoons Earth Balance® Original Buttery Spread, melted
1/4 cup mayonnaise or vegan alternative
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons agave sweetener or honey
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
9 slices Vlasic® Kosher Dill Chips
3 leaves green leaf lettuce
6 slices tomato
3 slices American cheese or vegan alternative, optional

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Bake plant-based chick’n filets according to package directions. Brush Earth Balance on cut sides of hamburger buns. Place on baking sheet cut side up and bake until toasted, 5 to 8 minutes.
Stir together mayo, BBQ sauce, agave or honey, mustard and lemon juice in small bowl.
Place pickles, lettuce and tomato on bottoms of toasted buns. Place a chick’n filet on each and top with cheese, if desired. Spread sauce on top buns, top plant-based chick’n sandwiches and serve.
