2 envelopes (1.38 oz each) Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix

Warm the milk on the stovetop or in the microwave until steaming hot.
Meanwhile, pour heavy cream and Swiss Miss® into large bowl. Whip with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form, 2 to 4 minutes.
Divide steamed milk evenly into two mugs. Top each mug with whipped hot cocoa. Dust with additional cocoa, if desired.
