8 bone-in chicken thighs or drumsticks
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Champagne Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
PAM® Grilling Spray
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Place chicken in a resealable food storage bag. Pour in vinaigrette and Worcestershire sauce and toss until chicken is well coated. Seal the bag removing as much air as possible. Refrigerate 8 hours.
Spray cold grates of gas grill with grilling spray. Preheat for indirect heat, heating one side of the grill over high heat and leaving the second side of the grill on very low heat.
Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Stir together salt, rosemary, and thyme, crushing the herbs with your fingers to break them up a little. Season chicken with salt mixture.
Place chicken on low side of preheated grill. Grill 20 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is lightly charred and no longer pink (165°F). If needed, move chicken to hot side of grill to finish cooking and crisp up the skin.
