1 pkg (12 oz each) Hebrew National® Beef Franks
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1-1/2 cups finely chopped baby spinach leaves
1 medium plum tomato, chopped

Spray cold grate of gas grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill for medium heat. Grill franks 5 to 7 minutes or until hot, turning occasionally. Remove from grill; keep warm.
Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Whisk in olive oil until well blended. Toss spinach and tomato with dressing.
Slit franks lengthwise down centers; stuff each evenly with spinach salad. Serve immediately.
